"Strong and Balanced For Life" combines the best of two fitness activities, strength training and yoga. A balance of strength, flexibility, and recovery are the fast track to a powerful and effective body. We aim to create a personalized fitness program for you through a three-week personal training intensive. You'll meet with Personal Trainer Cat Zach and Yoga Instructor Alysia Miller for two personal fitness sessions per week arranged around your schedule. Your program will center around two fitness modalities that you count on to get you on the road to fitness for life! You don't need any prior experience with strength training or yoga to get started, and this program can also be utilized by those with a fitness program, strength training regime, or yoga practice  in place who are looking to reach for new goals.
