I have been involved in physical activity all my life and strength training for over 30 years. I also have experience in training during pregnancy as well as injury prevention and rehabilitation. I work with you individually to create a program that fits your lifestyle, and I will provide you with all the tools that you need to reach your goal!

As a personal trainer I combine safe & effective programs along with nutritional recommendations to help my clients move toward lifestyle changes and LASTING results.
I will help you goal set and manage your expectations. To maximize your progress I will continue to monitor and adjust your program by taking measurements and checking your body fat percentage every month. I will continually tailor your program in order to achieve your goals.
