Slammers Yoga teacher Ariane will guide your mind and body towards a deeply relaxed state. Using basic breathing techniques and guided visualization, this ninety minute workshop will teach you how to let go and fully relax.
Cultivate peace of mind, release tension, and encourage emotional wellbeing.
All levels welcome. No experience required
Information to prepare for this Workshop!
-Bring water for hydration and blanket(s) for your most comfortable experience.
-Due to limited supply, If you have your own mat and bolster please bring them with you.
-Arrive about 15 minutes early, especially if you have questions or concerns for the instructor before class starts.
-Be prepared, this class is going to open up your emotions and allow
your mind, body and soul to heal. It is a natural release to feel emotions
arise during this practice. For some people who have been shallow
breathers for most of their lives when they begin to breath deeply,
emotion can arise unexpectedly. If tears come for no reason don’t
be afraid or feel ashamed even if your in the middle of your practice.
